The Anchor Protocol community passed a proposal to earn rate to semi-dynamic rates. bitn8, a researcher at Anchor Protocol, previously stated that one possibility for creating semi-dynamic rates is to link yields to a measure of changes in yield reserves over time to continue to create the highest stable and profitable rates in DeFi. If yield reserves increase, earn rate will increase; if yield reserves decrease, rates may decrease.
