Campaign Basics

Q1. How long does each Invite & Earn campaign last?

Each campaign round lasts 12 days and runs continuously. You can check the end time of the current campaign round on the Invite & Earn campaign page.

 

Q2. How do I join the Invite & Earn campaign?

To participate:

  1. Log in to your BloFin account.
  2. Visit the Invite & Earn campaign page.
  3. Click Register Now before completing any campaign tasks.

Note: Users who do not register for the campaign will not be eligible for rewards, even if they complete the required deposits and trading volume.

 

Q3. What does my referee need to do to qualify?

The referee must complete both of the following within 7 days of registration:

  • Maintain a net deposit of at least 100 USDT for 3 consecutive days.
  • Reach the required Futures trading volume for the selected reward tier:
    • Basic: ≥ 1,000 USDT
    • Advanced: ≥ 5,000 USDT
    • Premium: ≥ 20,000 USDT

 

Deposit

Q4. How is Net Deposit calculated?

Net Deposit is calculated as:

Net Deposit = Total Funds Transferred into the Futures Account − Total Funds Transferred Out of the Futures Account

Notes:

  • Internal transfers are not counted.
  • All amounts are converted to USD using the real-time exchange rate.

 

Q5. I made a deposit, but my task progress hasn't updated.

Please check the following:

  • Have you clicked Register Now before completing the task?
  • Was the deposit made through an eligible channel (on-chain deposit, fiat deposit, or third-party payment)?
  • Internal transfers do not count toward the campaign.

Task progress is updated once per day. During periods of high activity, updates may be slightly delayed. Please check again the following day.

 

Futures Trading Volume

Q6. Which trades count toward the trading volume requirement?

Only eligible Futures taker trades held for more than one minute count toward the campaign.

The following are not included:

  • Spot trades
  • Stablecoin trading pairs
  • Maker trades
  • Trades held for less than one minute

 

Q7. Why hasn't my trading volume updated?

Trading volume is updated once per day and may be delayed during periods of high system activity.

If your trading volume has not been updated by the following day, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

 

Rewards

Q8. When will rewards be distributed?

Rewards are distributed within 10 days after the campaign ends, following the completion of the compliance review.

To avoid affecting reward eligibility, users are advised not to make large withdrawals during the review period.

 

Q9. Where will I receive my reward?

Rewards are automatically distributed as Futures Bonus.

Rewards are valid for 7 days after distribution and will expire automatically if they are not used within the validity period.

 

Q10. Does the displayed reward amount represent the total reward or the reward per person?

The reward displayed on the campaign page represents the combined reward for both the referrer and the referee.

The reward is split equally between both parties.

Example

If the Basic Reward is displayed as 20 USDT:

  • Referrer receives 10 USDT
  • Referee receives 10 USDT

 

Q11. I haven't received my reward.

Please check the following:

  • The campaign has already ended.
  • The reward distribution period (within 10 days after the campaign ends) has not yet finished.
  • Both campaign requirements were successfully completed:
    • Net Deposit requirement
    • Required Futures trading volume

If all requirements have been met and you still have not received your reward after the distribution period, please contact Customer Support.

 

Participation Rules

Q12. Can I receive both the Invite & Earn reward and the 30% commission rebate from My Referral?

Yes.

These two programs are independent and are not mutually exclusive.

  • Invite & Earn provides a one-time Futures Bonus.
  • My Referral provides an ongoing 30% commission rebate.

Eligible users may receive rewards from both programs.

 

Q13. Can sub-accounts participate?

No.

Sub-accounts cannot participate independently.

However, eligible Futures trading volume generated by sub-accounts will be counted toward the main account's campaign progress.

 

Q14. Can a new user be referred by multiple referrers?

No.

Each new user can only establish one referral relationship, which is determined by the first referral link used during registration.
