1. What is the BloFin VIP Program?

The BloFin VIP Program is designed for active traders and high-net-worth users. Depending on your VIP tier, you can enjoy exclusive benefits such as lower trading fees, dedicated support, VIP gifts, exclusive events, higher Earn interest rates, market insight reports, and more.

2. How do I become a BloFin VIP?

You can qualify for a VIP tier by meeting any one of the following requirements:

• 30-day Futures trading volume
• 30-day Spot trading volume
• Total account assets

You only need to meet one of the qualification criteria.

3. Do I need to apply for VIP?

No. If you meet the qualification requirements, your VIP tier will be updated automatically during the daily VIP assessment.

4. How is my VIP tier determined?

If you qualify for different VIP tiers under different criteria, BloFin will assign you the highest VIP tier.

Example

• Futures Trading Volume → VIP 3
• Spot Trading Volume → VIP 2
• Total Assets → VIP 1

Your final VIP tier will be VIP 3.

5. When is my VIP level updated?

VIP levels are reviewed and updated daily at 12:00 UTC based on your recent trading volume and/or total assets.

6. Can my VIP level be downgraded?

Yes.

Your VIP tier is reassessed every day. If your trading volume or asset balance no longer meets the requirements for your current tier, your VIP level may be adjusted accordingly during the next update.

7. Do sub-accounts receive VIP benefits?

Yes.

Sub-accounts inherit the VIP fee tier of the main account. Their trading fees will automatically follow the VIP level of the master account.

8. What benefits do VIP users receive?

Depending on your VIP tier, benefits may include:

• Lower Spot and Futures trading fees
• Dedicated VIP support
• VIP gifts
• Exclusive VIP events
• Exclusive product access
• Higher interest rates on selected Earn products
• Market insight reports

Benefits may vary by VIP tier.

9. What is the VIP Upgrade Program?

If you already hold VIP status on another supported cryptocurrency exchange, you may apply for the VIP Upgrade Program.

Eligible users can enjoy an accelerated VIP upgrade after their application has been reviewed and approved. During the application process, you'll be asked to provide:

• Your BloFin UID
• Contact information
• A screenshot of your VIP status on another exchange
• Proof of your 30-day trading volume or assets

Applications are reviewed individually.

10. How do I apply for the VIP Upgrade Program?

1. Visit the BloFin VIP page.
2. Complete the application form.
3. Upload the required supporting documents.
4. Submit your application.

A Relationship Manager will review your application and contact you if additional information is required or if your application is approved.

11. Why hasn't my VIP level changed yet?

Your VIP level may not have changed because:

• The daily VIP assessment has not yet been completed.
• Your current trading volume or total assets do not meet the required threshold.
• Your account information is still being updated following recent trading or asset changes.

If you believe your VIP tier is incorrect after the daily update, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

12. Will my VIP level change immediately after I meet the requirements?

No. VIP tiers are updated during the daily assessment. If you meet the qualification requirements, your VIP level will be updated after the next scheduled VIP review.

13. Can I combine my trading volume and assets to qualify for a higher VIP tier?

No. Your VIP tier is determined by the single highest qualification criterion that you meet. Trading volume and assets are assessed independently and cannot be combined to reach a higher tier.
